Reports to : Senior Manager, Sales Execution Overall Job Purpose This role requires a seasoned salesperson capable of working independently, with expertise in the assigned commodities or customer types. The position involves not only selling the company's products but also acting as a strategic account manager for each client. Responsibilities Develop and propose the commercial strategy for each customer in the portfolio. Establish and maintain major account relationships. Build strong, ongoing client relationships for continuity and representation. Monitor competitors' activities within each account and formulate appropriate response strategies. Visit / contact customers to present products and services, including ocean freight, road freight, and digital solutions. Ensure customers do not exceed their credit limits. Apply customer-centric and problem-solving skills to manage and grow the customer portfolio. Qualifications University degree or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in shipping or a related industry. Proficient in written and spoken English. Working knowledge of MS Office. Ability to collaborate well and follow guidelines. Positive attitude and receptiveness to new ideas and personal development.
