An account manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between the technical aspects of company's solutions and the needs and requirements of potential clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prospecting : Identify potential prospects & initiate communication & engagement with them through on site visit & remote exchange.
- Client Engagement : Engage with existing & potential clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges. Present and demonstrate how the company's solutions can address those challenges and provide value; and Follow-up existing customers, secure renewal ordering & sales portfolio enlargement.
- Technico-commercial Expertise : Develop and maintain a good understanding of the company's Intelligent Automation and Advanced Analytics solutions, including software and hardware components ; this includes data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, RPA technologies.
- Solution Customization : Work closely with clients to customize and tailor the company's solutions to fit the specific requirements of their business processes and data environments. Proposal Creation : Collaborate with the sales & presales team to create detailed commercial & technical proposals and presentations for clients. These proposals should highlight the benefits and ROI of the company's solutions.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) : Assist in designing and conducting proof of concept demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and feasibility of the company's solutions.
- Technico-commercial Support : Provide technico-commercial support to clients during the sales process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and facilitating technico-commercial discussions.
- Product Feedback : Act as a liaison between clients and the company's product development teams, providing feedback and insights to help improve the products and services.
- Competitive Analysis : Stay informed about the competitive landscape and be able to position the company's offerings effectively against competitors.
- Market Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to help position the company's solutions effectively.
- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, case studies, and success stories to showcase the company's capabilities and track record.
Education, Skills, And Competencies :
