Landscape Manager

Overview

Purpose of the Role To lead the end-to-end management of a3 million square meterlandscaped area within the prestigious project. This role ensures the highest standards in landscape aesthetics, sustainability, and service delivery—while maintaining strong alignment with client expectations and contractual KPIs. Responsibilities

Overseedaily operationsacross soft-soaping, irrigation systems, and seasonal maintenance. Drive thedevelopment and implementationof innovative landscaping enhancement plans. Maintainstrict adherence to aesthetic and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement. Coordinate withinternal departments and subcontractorsto ensure smooth project execution. Build and maintain professional relationships withclient representativesthrough transparent communication. Ensure compliance withcontractual KPIsand service delivery SLAs. Qualifications & Requirements

Saudi Nationality—mandatory as per client requirements. 7–10 years of progressive experience inlandscape managementwithinfacility managementorlarge-scale infrastructure projects. Proven ability to manage and maintain large outdoor landscaped areas ideally exceeding1 million m². Strong technical expertise inhorticulture, irrigation systems, and landscaping maintenance standards. Demonstrated leadership in managingon-the-ground teamsand coordinating subcontractors. Excellent communication and reporting skills;proficiency in Englishis preferred. Skills

Advanced expertise in large-scale landscape operations and maintenance Strong field supervision and daily team coordination In-depth knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and seasonal care Proven ability to manage subcontractors and service providers Consistent focus on quality, aesthetics, and continuous improvement Solid understanding of KPI / SLA compliance within facility management contracts Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and reporting skills Commitment to sustainability and efficient resource utilization Proficient in operational planning and problem-solving under pressure
