Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Jeddah. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various complexe landscape and irrigation projects. Responsibilities include project management, coordinating with clients and team members, ensuring timely inspections, managing logistics, and expediting materials. The Project Manager will ensure that all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management and expediting
• Experience in Landscape, hardscape & irrigation projects
• Experience in handling BIM requirements
• Experience in Inspection and Expeditor roles
• Experience in high level Health & Safety
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and / or Riyadh
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (landscape, civil) or equivalent experience
• LEED & Mostadam accreditation is a big plus
