Based in Saudi Arabia, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage solar PV projects in one of the most dynamic and fast-growing regions for renewable energy. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in managing solar PV projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar PV projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Team Leadership : Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Budget Management : Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.

Stakeholder Communication : Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.

Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.

Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with relevant local and international regulations and standards.

Performance Reporting : Generate regular reports on project performance, including progress, financials, and key milestones.

Required Qualifications

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in managing solar PV projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

Skills : Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in project management software.

Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the renewable energy sector, specifically solar PV projects.
