Job Description
Lead revenue growth at a top-tier Saudi PropTech innovator. Shape strategy and impact a fast-scaling digital real estate platform.
- Lead and develop the sales organization responsible for business development with developers, brokers, and enterprise clients.
- Oversee the partnerships function to identify and manage strategic alliances and distribution partners.
- Define revenue goals and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement through proactive pipeline management and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership (Finance, Technology, and Product heads) to align revenue strategies with company objectives.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital services and products.
- Negotiate key contracts, pricing structures, and revenue-sharing agreements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor offerings to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
A solid background in B2B sales, with a strong record of selling digital services in similar fast-paced environments.
