Civil Engineer - Wet Utilities

The Civil Engineer Wet Utilities will play acritical role in overseeing the implementation of civil worksrelated to wet utility networks. This includes ensuring adherenceto approved specifications quality standards and project timelines.The role demands expertise in supervising water sanitation andother wet utility infrastructure projects while maintainingcompliance with all regulatory and safetystandards.

KeyResponsibilities :

Superviseand monitor the implementation of wet utility works including watersupply drainage sanitation irrigation and flood managementsystems.

Ensure all projectworks are executed in accordance with approved designsspecifications and qualitystandards.

Review anddocument site delivery orders material approvals and other projectdocumentation.

Conduct siteinspections to verify compliance with design specifications andstandards.

Coordinate withcontractors consultants and stakeholders to resolve technical andonsite challengeseffectively.

Prepare andsubmit progress reports inspection logs and related documentationto project managers and otherstakeholders.

Maintain anupdated record of project drawings revisions andapprovals.

Ensure compliancewith all health safety and environmental (HSE) regulationsonsite.

Contribute tolessons learned and quality improvementinitiatives.

Qualifications :

Qualifications andExperience :

BachelorsDegree in CivilEngineering.

Minimum of 10years of experience in supervising wet utility projects includingwater supply and drainagesystems.

Registered as anEngineer with the Saudi Council ofEngineers

Strong knowledgeof wet utility infrastructure standards and bestpractices.

Experience inpreparing and reviewing infrastructure studies technicalspecifications and material / equipmentrequirements.

Proven abilityto manage site inspections quality control and contractordeliverables.

Familiaritywith project management tools and methodologies is anadvantage.
