THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for :
Sales Responsibility
- Ensuring all orders are on track, weekly check in with sales team and BU leads, opportunities are maximized, and Net Revenue targets are met.
- Constant monitoring of A / R to ensure over-dues are in control.
- Full pricing responsibility and oversight, ensuring C1 metrics are met.
- Running detailed analytics on Gross to Net including monthly trade accruals, accruals balance reviews, trade spend debit note reviews.
- Managing stock within different channels – ensure each distributor / retailer is at stock levels, and returns are managed accordingly.
- Pricing Owner.
- Reviewing gross margin by BU to ensure no margin dilution.
Advertising & Commercial Responsibility
Reviewing Trade Marketing plans to ensure maximum return on ATL / BTL spend.Close monitoring of budgets to make sure commitments are met.Working with brand teams on ROI analytics behind campaigns.Reviewing monthly A&CP with brand teams.Closing Responsibilities
Trade Spend Accruals.A&CP accruals if required.Gross Margin Review.Full P&L closing on target.AR Review.Debit note coding.Commentary / deck review for EMEA management meeting.AD-HOC
Outlook / Plan / Forecast & Quarterly forecast at SKU Level by business unit.Marketing reviews & full trade marketing plan reviews quarterly to ensure sync between teams / BUs.Monitoring of ROI on a quarterly basis.Distributor reviews / consolidation, RTM-Changes.WHAT YOU’LL BRING
