Role

Jobs for Saudi, in partnership with Womanity, is building an employment campaign to coach 1800 women and place 600 in jobs, with particular emphasis on media-related roles. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in this mission by :

• Developing strong relationships with employers across Saudi Arabia to secure job placements for our candidates.
• Collaborating with technologists to apply the latest artificial intelligence technology to identify the right matching applicants for each job.
• Providing career coaching to women, helping them build their resumes, enhance their job search skills, and navigate the media industry job market.
• Building and managing a network of contacts in HR and recruitment within the industry.
• Attending monthly meetups centered around recruiting.
• Offering career coaching sessions for women, providing guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and professional development.
• Preparing women for interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing feedback to help them present their skills effectively.
• Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment alongside passionate and experienced professionals.
