Are you a passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor looking for an exciting opportunity in a brand-new, state-of-the-art studio? We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team, guiding clients through dynamic and engaging Pilates sessions while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Lead Reformer Pilates sessions for clients of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

✅ Provide personalized modifications and progressions to ensure client safety and satisfaction.

✅ Build strong relationships with clients to promote retention and a positive studio atmosphere.

✅ Work collaboratively with the team to develop class schedules and maintain high standards.

✅ Keep the studio space clean, safe, and organized in line with professional standards.

✅ Stay updated on the latest developments in Pilates techniques and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For :

🔹 Ideally, we are looking for a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor.

🔹 We will also consider Mat Pilates instructors and certified Personal Trainers with a strong passion for Pilates.

🔹 Strong interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.

🔹 Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics related to Pilates instruction.

🔹 A passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals .

🔹 Previous experience working in an international environment is a plus but not required.
