We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher to work in a day care environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children. The Teacher will serve as a Class Lead, responsible for classroom planning, parent communication, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Educational Requirements :

  • Minimum of 60 semester hours of post-secondary credit or 2 years of academic training beyond high school .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching or related work experience.
  • Experience in early childhood or day care settings is highly desirable.

    • Technical Requirements :

  • Must have a good command of the English language (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a day care or classroom environment .
  • Proven capacity to manage a classroom and engage effectively with young learners.

    • Skills Requirements :

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for parents and administration for the assigned classroom.
  • Capable of maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

    • Certificates / Qualifications :

  • Minimum requirement : 60 semester hours of post-secondary credit or 2 years of academic training beyond high school .
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience .
