We are looking for a Sales Manager for a Consultancy based in Saudi.
Salary – 20,000 – 35,000 SAR / month
Requirements :
- 5–8+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, sports marketing, or high-value B2B partnership management
- Proven track record of closing complex sponsorship deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience with companies such as Sela, Rise, or leading event / sports marketing agencies.
- Exposure to banking, insurance, or automotive sectors and strong understanding of their brand partnership dynamics.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive sponsorship sales plans that align with the company’s commercial objectives and client portfolio.Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.Cultivate and manage key client relationships, ensuring successful delivery, renewal, and long-term partnership growth.Identify and engage potential sponsors from banking, insurance, automotive, and consumer sectors.Support and mentor junior sales and partnership specialists; foster a collaborative, results‑oriented team culture.Develop creative and customized partnership packages (e.g., naming rights, jersey branding, digital activations, VIP hospitality).Track KPIs, pipeline performance, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools to inform management decisions.Stay abreast of trends and opportunities in sports marketing, sponsorship valuation, and event partnerships.About the Role :
