We are seeking a skilled Construction Engineer to oversee project planning, execution, and completion. The role requires expertise in structural design, site supervision, and project coordination , ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects and work closely with stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets .
  • Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure timely project completion .
  • Supervise site activities and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Structural & Quality Control

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and safety regulations .
  • Evaluate structural integrity and recommend design improvements when necessary.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain project specifications.

    • Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental laws, and workplace safety regulations .
  • Identify potential construction risks and enforce corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the Safety Officer to implement site safety protocols.

    • Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field .
  • 3-7+ years of experience in construction engineering, site supervision, or structural design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and construction management software .
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards .
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills .
