Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Develop and manage insurance products designed for digital sales channels.
- Monitor the commercial performance of digital products and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with technology and marketing teams to design and optimize the digital customer journey and align product features with campaigns and sales objectives.
- Launch new digital products and services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze customer behavior and digital platform data to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and present insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery for digital customers.
- Identify market trends, customer needs and insurance industry benchmarks.
- Enhance digital channels and ensure customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Integrate data-driven insights to optimize the sales funnel – conversion rate and overall performance for Motor Insurance products.
- Monitor Motor Insurance products\' performance across digital channels.
- Track customer journeys, identify gaps and be responsible for continuous improvement.
- Lead projects to test innovative solutions.
- Explore and implement emerging digital tools.
- Strong understanding of digital sales channels – systems and customer journey.

Academic Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Digital transformation, or a related field.
