Job Purpose

The Oracle Utilities CCB Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) environment. The role ensures the system runs efficiently, securely, and with high availability, supporting both functional and technical teams during implementation and operations.

Requirements

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Utilities CCB environments (Development, Test, and Production)
• Manage application servers (Oracle WebLogic) and database connections
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Manage deployment activities, patches, upgrades, and environment refreshes
• Ensure system security, user access management, and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with DBA and Infrastructure teams for database and OS-level activities
• Monitor and optimize system performance, JVM health, and logs
• Perform backup and recovery procedures for application environments
• Provide technical support during go-live, testing, and production incidents
• Maintain environment documentation, configurations, and operational procedures
