Regional Sales Manager | Full-Time | Hybrid | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

On behalf of a leading e-commerce company headquartered in Riyadh , we are seeking a highly driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth and strengthen market presence across Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in Riyadh .

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales operations, performance, and strategy for your assigned region. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing key client relationships, and mentoring sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and understands the dynamics of the e-commerce market in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market performance, identify new business opportunities, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional market expansion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Excellent command of English ; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
