The HR Business Partner will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for local and international hires, supporting KPI setting, performance reviews, and talent mapping. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for local and international hires. Support KPI setting, performance reviews, and talent mapping. Manage payroll inputs, salary reviews, and benefits in compliance with UAE & Saudi labor laws. Act as the first contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives. Ensure HR compliance, maintain accurate records, and deliver timely reports. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years HR experience; multinational or overseas exposure preferred. Familiar with UAE & Saudi labor laws and HR processes. Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Fluent in English; Chinese language skills preferred. Seniority level
