الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3 years of HR experience. Proven experience in the event management, exhibitions, or creative industry (required). Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR compliance, and government portals. Hands-on experience with HR operations : onboarding, payroll inputs, contracts, and offboarding. Skilled in performance management, employee relations, and talent development. Experience with HRIS (Odoo preferred) and HR reporting / dashboards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, creative company. We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team immediately and help us build a thriving workplace culture that supports creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Act as HR partner to leaders, aligning talent, workforce planning, and culture with business goals.
- Oversee full employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) and lead engagement & well-being programs.
- Manage HR operations, payroll inputs, and compliance with Saudi labor law.
- Drive performance reviews, coaching, and career development.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly.
- Support recruitment, interview for cultural fit, and enhance employer branding.
- Maintain HR data in Odoo and prepare regular HR dashboards / reports.
- Coordinate training and track learning progress.
