Job Description
Responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with the company’s goals. Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Works closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, optimize hiring processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Provides insights on market trends, workforce planning, and employer branding to enhance the company’s recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Utilize recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Zoho Recruit, and SAP SuccessFactors to enhance sourcing and hiring efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professional and timely communication.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making.
- Work with employer branding teams to strengthen the company’s reputation as an attractive workplace.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and market best practices.
- Lead mass hiring initiatives and specialized recruitment programs, including graduate and internship programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring regulations, and labor laws.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment trends and enhance hiring strategies.Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).Immediate availability to join is required.CIPD or SHRM certification (preferred).Previous experience in a digital transformation consulting firm (preferred).Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Additional incentives and opportunities for professional growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
