We are currently partnering with a leading insurance company in Saudi Arabia to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences. To support this high-impact collaboration, we are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join the team on-site in KSA.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be instrumental in understanding the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users to inform and guide the design process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, business strategists, and project managers, ensuring that our solutions are both user-centric and aligned with business goals. Your insights will play a critical role in shaping the overall user experience for our client’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth user research to gather insights on user behavior, needs, and pain points.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Develop and implement research plans, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Work closely with business and project management teams to ensure research aligns with business objectives and project timelines.
• Advocate for the user experience within the team and with stakeholders.
• Participate in iterative design processes, providing feedback and suggestions based on research findings.
