We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Officer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS Process payroll and benefits administration Handle employee relations issues and concerns professionally and confidentially Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws Coordinate performance management processes and training initiatives Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning needs Stay current with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of experience in HR roles Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations Understanding of HR best practices and procedures HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
