HR Manager

Overview My client is looking for an experienced senior HR Manager to work for a contractor to work on the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic chance for the right candidate to further their career in the Middle East and build on there career.

The candidate must have 5 years experience working for a construction company. Good working knowledge of Visa process's. MUST have experience of starting up and restructuring HR. The candidate Must be Arabic speaking.

Responsibilities

Lead HR initiatives for startup and restructuring projects within a construction environment.

Manage and oversee visa processes and related compliance for expatriate and local personnel.

Provide strategic HR support to ensure alignment with project goals in the Eastern Province.

Collaborate with local teams to implement HR policies and practices that meet regulatory and business needs.

Qualifications

5 years of experience working for a construction company.

Good working knowledge of visa processes.

Experience in starting up and restructuring HR functions.

Arabic speaking required.
