Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Identify and target potential markets and customers in the polyethylene foam industry. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our market reach.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities. Provide product information, technical support, and excellent customer service.
- Product Expertise : Gain deep knowledge of our polyethylene foam products and their various applications. Confidently communicate product benefits and address any technical queries from customers.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales objectives set by the company. Continuously track and optimize sales performance to ensure targets are achieved.
- Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs. Use insights to shape sales strategies and suggest improvements.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing : Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while aligning with company goals. Effectively close deals to maximize sales revenue.
- Reporting : Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data. Utilize CRM systems to monitor customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with the production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Experience : 3+ years in sales, preferably in the polyethylene foam industry or a related field.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.Skills :Strong knowledge of polyethylene foam products and their applications.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
