Responsibilities
- The urban scheme is familiar with land-use laws and has been reviewed from time to time.
- Work on the study and analysis of data.
- The ability to make appropriate decisions with regard to villages, towns, cities, and rural areas.
- Ensure that the implementation of the plans is evaluated and the results monitored.
- The importance of making the desired upgrades and improvements, with a view to improving the standard of living and achieving a balance in the suburbs
- The city scheme should be made aware of the site plans prepared by the developers and reviewed.
- Finding innovative plans and solutions that correspond to different parts of cities
- The importance of presenting and submitting projects to the competent authorities
- Collaboration with government officials and some individuals based on data analysis and scientific research strategies.
- Communication, coordination, and consultation with other developers, such as architects and surveyors
- Preparation of maps and charts
- Ensure that some changes are made to the schemes and some studies on the labour market, while analysing environmental and economic data.
- Visiting and inspecting field locations and monitoring the progress of work Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related engineering (such as civil, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering) from 3 to 5 years of experience
