Planning Engineer (Civil) - Riyadh, KSA

Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using project management software (like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project). Monitoring Progress : Tracking project progress against the schedule, identifying deviations, and developing mitigation strategies. Resource Management : Optimizing resource allocation (personnel, materials, equipment) to ensure efficient project execution. Identifying potential project risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation plans. Stakeholder Communication : Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines. Change Management : Implementing and managing change control processes to address scope changes or other modifications. Reporting : Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to management and stakeholders. Quality Control : Ensuring project activities adhere to quality standards and contractual obligations. Mentoring junior planning engineers and providing technical guidance. Compliance : Ensuring project schedules comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. Required Skills and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in civil engineering projects. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). Strong understanding of construction methodologies and scheduling principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations. Experience with reinforced concrete (RC) projects. Familiarity with specific project types (e.g., Buidlings, Hotels, infrastructure).
