Overview
To lead the company’s legal department, ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, protect the company’s legal interests, mitigate potential legal risks, and support strategic and operational decision-making. Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice to senior management and all departments across the company.
Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect company interests.
Monitor relevant local and international laws and regulations and recommend policy updates accordingly.
Manage disputes and legal cases involving the company, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
Coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.
Ensure company compliance with regulations and protect intellectual property and company rights.
Ensure company compliance with SFDA, Ministry of Health, NUPCO, and other relevant pharmaceutical industry regulators.
Provide legal oversight on partnerships, licensing, joint ventures, and technology transfer agreements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s or professional certificate)
Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of local and international laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operation.
Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and managing legal cases.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Leadership skills and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
