portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Brand Communication & Relationship Management : Lead weekly calls and alignment meetings with brand principals across marketing and commercial functions. Develop and manage comprehensive annual Joint Business Plans to ensure strategic alignment. 2.
Comprehensive Marketing Management : Plan and execute trade campaigns, visibility programs, in-store activations, and liquidation strategies to enhance brand presence. Coordinate participation in industry trade shows and relevant events, ensuring maximum exposure. 3.
Sales, Procurement & Internal Alignment Set and align annual purchase targets with Procurement to streamline inventory management. Monitor stock health, proactively flagging excess inventory or underperforming SKUs. 4.
Reporting & Analysis Track and report sell-out performance, stock status, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI). Deliver structured monthly reporting, providing valuable insights to internal and external stakeholders. 5.
Brand Advocacy & Development Act as a dedicated brand steward, representing the interests and integrity of each brand within the organisation. Monitor competitor activity and proactively propose initiatives for growth and differentiation. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Proven portfolio experience in Beverages and / or Non-Food categories (Personal Care & Hygiene) is essential Minimum 6 years of experience in Brand Management and related functions. Prior experience in the FMCG sector, ideally within multinational companies (MNCs). Proven track record in sales leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
