About the Role

RLDatix actively seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead and manage our Strategic Deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value strategic deals with key clients, and leverage their expertise in solutions selling, relationship building, and healthcare knowledge to cultivate and secure strategic opportunities with key clients.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong team leadership, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful negotiations and relationship building.

Additionally, you are responsible for :

Strategic Client Identification :

  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic opportunities, partnerships and clients that align with RLDatix's business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and potential areas for business expansion.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential client key decision-makers and business influencers.
  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders and existing clients to under their evolving needs and position our solutions accordingly to address clients’ unique business challenges.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiation of RLDatix solutions.
  • Sales Leadership and Strategy Development :

  • Lead the RLDatix, MEA business development focusing on expanding client base, and sales opportunities, and providing guidance and support to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management :

  • Lead negotiations for complex and high-value strategic deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance and contract management teams to finalise and execute agreements.
  • Revenue Growth :

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets for strategic deals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Achieve the set sales goals and plans.
  • Market Positioning and Expansion :

  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to position the company as a leader in providing strategic solutions.
  • Participate in events and conferences to enhance the company's visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and impact of our offerings.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting :

  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate and timely forecasts pipeline reports and other sales metrics.
  • Utilise CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Ideally, we would like to acquire a talent that poses the following

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ proven experience as a sales / business development manager in healthcare technology or related fields.
  • Established relationships with Seniors / C-Levels in the healthcare field.
  • Experience in using SalesForce CRM.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value strategic deals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent Arabic & English proficiency (spoken & written)
  • Ability to travel 50 – 60% of the time in the GCC and MEA region.
