Private Label Product Development and sourcing

Q Mart is seeking a

Private Label Product Developer , who is passionate, flexible, and results-driven. The candidate will be fully responsible for managing the product development cycle — from idea generation and supplier sourcing, through design and manufacturing, to final market launch. A strong background in working with

local and international manufacturers

and proven skills in

negotiation and relationship management

are essential. Responsibilities

Research and develop new product ideas aligned with market needs and consumer demand. Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers in Saudi Arabia and abroad. Negotiate with suppliers and factories to secure the best quality, pricing, and terms. Oversee product design, packaging, and ensure alignment with Q Mart’s private label brand identity. Monitor and manage the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, quality, supply chain) for successful product launches. Track product performance post-launch and recommend continuous improvements. Qualifications

Minimum

3–5 years of experience

in sourcing, manufacturing, or supplier management (local and international). Strong background in

consumer goods (FMCG) . Excellent

negotiation and relationship management

skills. Flexible and hands-on, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Passionate about product development and achieving results. Proficiency in both

Arabic and English
