Rotation of 60 days on siteand 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid). 10 hours per day (including1 hour break)

The HSE Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) Supervisor is responsiblefor developing, implementing, and maintaining the Behavior-Based Safety(BBS) program within the organization.

This role focuses on promoting safework practices by observing employee behaviors, providing feedback, anddriving safety culture improvements .

Duties and responsibilities

Program Developmentand Implementation :

Develop and implement the BBS program,ensuring it aligns with organizational safety goals and regulatoryrequirements.

Feedback andCoaching :

Provide constructive feedback andcoaching to employees to reinforce safe behaviors and correct unsafepractices.

Data Management :

Maintain accurate records ofobservations, feedback, and safety performance metrics.

Analyse data to identify trends andareas for improvement.

Safety Campaigns :

Organize and develop and lead safetycampaigns and initiatives to promote a safe behavioral attitude.

Communication :

Communicate safety performance and BBSprogram updates to all levels of the organization, including management andemployees.

Continuously evaluate and improve theBBS program based on feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.

BehavioralObservations :

Conduct regular observations of employee behaviors to identifysafe and unsafe practices.

PersonSpecification

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety,Environmental Science, or a related field.
