HSEQ Advisor

Job Summary :
At the heart of driving excellence in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality across our operations in Saudi Arabia, the HSEQ Advisor will ensure full compliance with local regulations and international best practices. You’ll support daily site operations, provide expert guidance, ensure a safe working environment, and promote a proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HSEQ inductions for new employees and roll out workforce safety communications.
- Manage core safety systems and support activities such as COSHH, hand‑arm vibration and noise at work processes.
- Administer the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 standards, lead quality audits and implement continual improvement strategies.
- Coordinate HSE meetings, toolbox talks, fire alarm tests and emergency exercises; contribute to regional HSE forums.
- Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits, document findings and follow up for compliance.
- Lead incident investigations and observations using the Intelex system, ensuring lessons are shared across the business.
- Compile monthly HSEQ statistics, distribute technical alerts and support environmental initiatives and policy development.
Qualifications and Experience
NEBOSH General Certificate and / or equivalent.Internal auditor training certification and external audit experience.Proficiency in MS 365, including SharePoint and Teams.Accident / Incident Investigation training certification.Preferred but Not Essential
Experience with Oil & Gas client HSE requirements.IOSH membership.BOSIET certification.COSHH assessor and Manual Handling assessor qualifications.Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.Equal Opportunity & Diversity Commitment
