Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to oversee and manage our quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality assurance and will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Supervise the quality control team and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management
- Train and mentor staff on quality control standards and practices
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and improve processes
