Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering technical insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to align technical capabilities with client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and maintain a strong presence in the industry.
- Present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.
Qualifications
Depth understanding of solar systems, EV chargers, and related energy technologies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities.Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results.Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting software.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field (preferred).5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the renewable energy or oil & gas industries.Certifications : Certified Energy Manager (CEM); Renewable Energy Professional (REP); Certified PV Installer (SEC); Certified PV Designer (SEC); Certified Energy Auditor (CEA); ISO 50001 Certification; Certified Industrial Energy Professional (CIEP); Risk Management Professional (RMP); Project Management Professional (PMP); Certified Measurements and Verification Professional (CMVP); Carbon Auditing Professional (CAP).Benefits and Compensation
