Job descriptionDepth understanding of solar systems, EV chargers, and related energy technologies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities. Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting software. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the renewable energy or oil & gas industries. Certifications : Certified Energy Manager (CEM); Renewable Energy Professional (REP); Certified PV Installer (SEC); Certified PV Designer (SEC); Certified Energy Auditor (CEA); ISO 50001 Certification; Certified Industrial Energy Professional (CIEP); Risk Management Professional (RMP); Project Management Professional (PMP); Certified Measurements and Verification Professional (CMVP); Carbon Auditing Professional (CAP). We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the renewable energy and oil & gas sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and a proven track record in sales leadership, combining engineering expertise with business acumen to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to align technical capabilities with client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and maintain a strong presence in the industry.
- Present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.
