Job Description
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries.
- Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database
- Assigns tasks and work orders to warehouse associates.
- Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries
- Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements.
- Process and provide necessary paperwork for deliveries
- Receive and verify accuracy of incoming inventory.
- Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documents.
- Enter all information into the system for deliveries.
- Maintain all records / logs relative to shipping and receiving.
- Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures.
- Works closely with the customer service team to resolve issues
- Assists the operations department for delivery schedules.
- Maintain current records of warehouse inventory
- Implements daily shipping plan, and installation on site as per the requirement of client.
- Confirms availability of items to be delivered by verifying inventory records.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required. Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies / Administration / Management or similar fields. Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field or equivalent work experienceKnowledge in SAP / relevant ERP system will be added advantage.Minimum 2 years in a medium to large sized distribution center environment managing a significant segment of the distribution centerWorked with ARAMCO Vendors will be given priorityInterpersonal communicative skillsPrincipal / Employer
