Overview
We seek a Development Team Leader to guide our technical team in building and enhancing the Naba Platform. The role includes managing tasks, resolving issues, overseeing release cycles, and ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical team responsible for developing and maintaining the Naba Platform system.
- Assign tasks to developers, monitor progress, and define technical development plans.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by the QA / testing team and schedule fixes with the development team.
- Provide periodic reports on development activities, including issue resolution and management of technical changes.
- Communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the center.
- Handle incidents and problems related to the system, taking the necessary actions to resolve them.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing the operations, maintenance, and support of large-scale IT systems, as well as managing technical teams.Seniority level
