الوصف الوظيفيDevelop and review technical documentation, including design calculations, schematics, and proposals. Validate the accuracy and feasibility of design solutions before submission. Ensure proposals meet all quality standards and project requirements. Communicate with clients and consultants for technical clarifications during the proposal stage. Provide technical support during negotiations to secure approvals and project acceptance. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to align proposal requirements with operational capabilities. Support modifications and variations during project execution by preparing revised designs or cost estimates. Recommend improvements in proposal templates, costing methodologies, and design workflows. Keep updated with new technologies and industry trends to enhance proposal competitiveness. Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job. Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues. Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible. Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products / services.
Job Purpose
To lead the preparation of complex technical and commercial proposals by reviewing client requirements, developing optimized designs, and ensuring cost-effective solutions. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, validation of technical documents, and customer support during pre-sales and project execution stages.
