TENDER ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under Alfanar Building Systems include :

• Precast concrete products and architectural elements To deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals for electrical engineering projects, involving analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with various teams, and delivering technical and financial proposals to secure profitable contracts. Key Accountability Areas
• Analyze Project Requirements : Thoroughly analyze project specifications to identify key technical and commercial factors, ensuring accurate tender submissions.
• Tender Evaluation and Negotiation : Participate in tender evaluation meetings, present proposals, and negotiate with clients.
• Compliance Assurance : Ensure all tenders comply with client specifications, industry standards, and legal requirements, maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Collaboration : Work with team members to create project budgets, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Documentation : Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place to optimize profitability. Role Accountability
• Develop technical and commercial proposals aligned with project goals and company strategy.
• Participate in post-tender reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Review tender documents, design solutions, cost projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client specifications.
• Ensure electrical designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Demonstrate experience in tendering, cost estimation, and proposal preparation for electrical projects, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Review and analyze client requirements and tender documents.
• Attend client meetings and site visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data for proposals.
• Maintain electrical drawings and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering in tendering. Academic Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
