A specialized role in supportive of the project manager focused on conceptualizing planning and executing innovative onsite features at the Global Health Exhibition. This position is responsible for partner engagement detailed feature planning and ensuring seamless onsite implementation of exhibition features for Global Health Exhibition 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Feature Coordination
Build and maintain relationships with feature partners and suppliers
Suggest and source new partnerships for the event features
Drive project progress through consistent collaboration with external partners suppliers and internal departments including Marketing Sales and Operations
Maintain detailed feature documentation
Track partner agreements and deliverables
Develop compelling feature content and collaborate with the Marketing team to execute targeted promotional campaigns.
Document technical requirements for feature build and setup
Onsite Execution
Oversee feature set-up and installation
Manage onsite feature operations
Coordinate with partners during show days
Supervise feature staff and contractors
Ensure feature areas meet safety and quality standards
Troubleshoot issues during show days
Monitor feature performance and visitor engagement
Create reports for the onsite features
