Maintenance Manager (KSA)

Job Description

The Maintenance Manager will oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring trucks are serviced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with best practices. This role involves developing and executing maintenance plans, supervising teams, managing spare parts and budgets, and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs. You will be responsible for minimizing truck downtime, optimizing costs, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while coaching and mentoring the maintenance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including 4+ years in a management role.
• Proven experience in truck maintenance (MAN & Mercedes required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
