Overview
To lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of high-quality candidates aligned with organizational goals and Saudization targets. Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals. Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured methodologies and competency-based techniques. Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, including Saudization requirements. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events. Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and market trends. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a large or multinational organization. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws in Saudi Arabia. Experience with ATS platforms and HRIS systems. CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
