About the job

One of our clients in the renewable energy industry is seeking the position of Assistant Tax Manager.

Qualifications

  • ACCA CMA Certified

Location

Eastern Province

Experience

3 years plus.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Tax and Zakat in KSA and GCC
  • Tax planning and computations
  • Indirect Tax - VAT, RETT, Excise and others in KSA and GCC
  • Transfer pricing rules and prepare files
  • Develop and implement tax reporting systems
  • Structure tax efficient entities and minimise the tax impact
  • Compliance and advice on various facets of tax regulations, such as invoicing
  • Attend to appeals and submissions
  • Tax audit and health check on various facets of tax status for entities
  • IM&A related tax advisory and CFO support
