Job Summary

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective internal controls. This role will manage a team of accountants, coordinate audits, and support senior management with financial planning and analysis to drive strategic decision‑making and meet the highest quality in analyzing the vision and future outcomes of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the accounting team in daily operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure strong internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for accounting staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and support decision‑making.
