About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HRMS Business Analyst (BA) Consultant with deep functional expertise and strong understanding of the HCM business process cycle . The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements with Oracle HRMS system capabilities, ensuring end-to-end process alignment and solution feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Oracle HRMS solutions.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Oracle HRMS functional modules and HCM business process cycles .
- Design and build end-to-end business process cycles , ensuring alignment with organizational needs and HRMS capabilities.
- Analyze and validate solution feasibility ( solution doability ) within Oracle HRMS.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions , document business processes, and identify system gaps.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful delivery and user adoption.
- Provide functional support, process documentation, and user training where necessary.
