Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery team, fostering ownership, accountability, and high performance across all team members
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and resources
Provide regular feedback and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
Conduct regular status meetings and updates with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any changes
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures
Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Implement best practices and methodologies to streamline project delivery and optimize resource utilization
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints
Optimize resource allocation and utilization to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time
Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation for stakeholders and senior management
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports
Additional Responsibilities
Manage all projects via Jira, ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and project management
Supervise the operational aspects of the project as needed
Ensure seamless integration and use of Jira for all team members
Facilitate Jira training and support for team members to enhance their proficiency
Adapt and refine agile methodologies to fit the project's requirements and team dynamics
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus
Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software, particularly Jira
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is preferred
Jira expertise, with a proven track record of managing projects through Jira
Agile certification and extensive experience in agile methodologies are essential
