High School Diploma or Technical Certificate 2–3 years of experience as a machine operator in a production environment Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor machines Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting Maintain and clean equipment Record operational data and follow safety protocols Support preventive maintenance and report issues Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor KPIs

Product accuracy and quality Defect and reject rate Compliance with safety procedures Machine uptime and efficiency
