Business Development Specialist

الوصف الوظيفيDevelop and implement business development strategies to drive growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and periodic reports for management. Contribute to achieving sales and revenue targets. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development. Strong knowledge in contracting, industrial, oil & gas, or support services sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong business development and sales background. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities. Proven experience in general contracting, industrial services, oil & gas, or support services sectors. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong presentation and proposal writing skills. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). High level of self-motivation and results-driven mindset. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
