الوصف الوظيفيMedical Insurance - Ensures specialist care is available to you and eligible family members residing in country. Pre-existing medical conditions are covered. Examination Leave - Upon company approval to enroll in an education institute or to continue within such institution, employees have the right to fully paid leave to sit for an examination of an unrepeated year. Leave duration is based on the days of actual examination and must be applied for no less than fifteen days prior exam Professional Memberships - One professional membership, registration, subscription, certification and / or license cost per annum for all active Wood employees. The membership must be relevant to the role you are currently employed in or be part of a development plan. Reimbursement should be claimed via the expenses procedure system, with supporting evidence. Typically qualified to ISCED Level 6 (Bachelors) in engineering or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience. Appropriate level of construction experience in relevant industry sector, typically a minimum of 10 years of practical experience if degree qualified OR trade discipline qualified with a minimum 15 years relevant practical experience Excellent technical knowledge of construction discipline and associated processes Ability to identify risk to delivery, build in and implement mitigation / contingency plans Expert level of experience of interpreting discipline documentation. Advanced knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPS) and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS). Expert level knowledge and understanding of technical specifications Understands the business drivers within customer organizations and is able to influence these through innovative designs and cost-effective solutions. Experienced in supervising and managing others, able to effectively delegate work, motivate teams and manage performance
Job Description

Ma’aden is executing a strategic project to develop a new gold mine and processing facility in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and Ma’aden’s 2040 Strategic Objectives. Located in Ar Rjum, KSA.
Responsibilities
- Review of construction execution plans, construction schedules, and method statements.
- On-site presence to monitor construction progress, contractor performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support in resolving technical queries, managing field changes, and updating as-built documentation.
- Interface management among multiple contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversight of mechanical completion, punch-list closure, and support during commissioning and pre-startup phases.
