About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on
Compound Operations Manager
to oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure smooth functioning of our residential compound. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and service providers efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a technical team responsible for
electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
tasks. Coordinate and schedule repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency interventions. Oversee
rental operations , including unit readiness, move-ins, and move-outs. Communicate with tenants to address maintenance concerns and ensure timely resolution. Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Prepare reports on maintenance activities, costs, and operational performance. Preferred
Prior experience in compound, residential, or facilities management. Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
technical team leadership
(electrical, plumbing, HVAC). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of
facility management procedures . Ability to coordinate with rental and administrative teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control.
