We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Senior Analyst

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Data Analytics, working with large datasets, proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, and advanced knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI. A deep understanding of revenue leakage points, fraud detection, and Revenue Assurance (RA) frameworks is essential, along with prior experience in the utilities or telecom sectors. Key Qualifications

Data Analytics Experience :

Strong expertise in data analysis, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Technical Proficiency : Proven experience working with large datasets and proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and visualization tools like Power BI. Deep understanding of revenue leakage points, fraud detection, and RA frameworks. Sector Knowledge :

Prior experience in the utilities or telecom sectors. Revenue Assurance :

Experience in revenue assurance processes and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Regional Experience :

Previous work experience in KSA, with an understanding of local market dynamics and regulations.

Other Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Communication Skills :

Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings and engaging stakeholders effectively. Team Collaboration :

Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Problem-Solving Skills :

Excellent analytical thinking and ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct advanced data analysis to generate insights, supporting organizational goals and identifying opportunities for process optimization. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information. Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation to enable in-depth analysis. Support revenue assurance initiatives by analyzing and monitoring key revenue streams and identifying discrepancies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all analytical processes and tools. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in analytics and reporting.
